Lemorau EBI 260 is a dual purpose machine –  die cut blank labels or pre-printed labels as well as web inspection. Very sturdy , with the highest technology is a high working speed machine with excellent quality of finished rolls. The inspection can be made with missing label detection system or with a 100% video inspection system. Rewinder, unwind and waste matrix removal rewinder tensions are fully independent and adjustable by simple controls on a touch screen display, controlled by servo motors. Once the tension are selected and set, there is no need for the operator to readjust the tensions.
